What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept the following payment methods: Credit or Debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer (BACS), Stripe and Cash on delivery for specific countries.

What are the delivery times?

The average delivery time for:
– Standard Worldwide Shipping is 2-15 bussines days.
– GLS Shipping is 2-7 bussines days.
– DPD Shipping 2-7 bussines days.
– DHL Express Shipping is 1-5 bussines days.

All orders include a tracking number and will require a signature at delivery.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order will be processed and shipped in less than 2 business days, as soon as your payment settles into our bank account. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you including the tracking number once your items have been shipped.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, your order will include an invoice with detailed information about the purchased items, your billing and shipping address, along with your contact details and the Carblix business info.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
